Who's behind this

I'm Michelle Songy. I've started and exited two companies, and I did it the unsustainable way, grinding eighteen-hour days until it cost me more than it was worth.

That worked, barely, in my twenties. It doesn't work now. Most of us are building older, with families and lives and bodies we're not willing to lose in the process.

I built VEIR because I couldn't find it. Every operating system I tried structured the company and ignored the person running it, so I built my own. VEIR is the method for building yours.
